Community Events

  1. Purple Pride Tailgate Party

    August 24, 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM @ Southwestern College

We are asking all types of businesses and organizations to participate by setting up a booth in the parking lot, using your pick up or the trunk of your car and a table and decorating for a "Tailgate Party." You may showcase specific items from your business/organization with the purpose of getting the students familiar with what is available for them in Winfield. We are also in need of food for the students so if you would like to provide snacks or treats that would be great. We are asking local restaurants to provide samples from their restaurants. Kevin McClung of KPM will be providing the sound and Kelly Dillner of the River 102.5 will be providing the Karaoke. Southwestern College will be providing games (you may also bring your own tailgate games if you would like) and transportation (the trolley).
