Celebrate the lighting of the Broadway Sports Complex Walking Trail & new exercise equipment with a glow walk, music, healthy snacks, glow sticks and balloons! We’re proud to commemorate our first year as a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas® Pathways to a Healthy Kansas grant recipient with this FREE community celebration.     Trunk-or-Treat will consist of decorated vehicles of on-campus SC organizations, clubs, & sports teams parked near the bottom of the 77 Steps. Children & their families are encouraged to wear their costumes & walk through & vote on their favorite one.

  7. Downtown Trick or Treating

    October 31, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Participating Downtown Businesses with an orange pumpkin sign in window

    Winfield businesses will be handing out candy and goodies on Halloween (Wednesday, October 31) from 4-6:00 PM. Bring the kids down to show off their costumes and get a treat! The businesses that will be handing out goodies will have a pumpkin clearly shown on their storefront similar to the one below. This year, businesses have been informed on the Teal Pumpkin Movement. If your child has a food allergy, look for businesses with a teal-colored pumpkin out front or a Teal Pumpkin Movement sign in their window. Please only bring children 12 years of age or younger. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
