  2. Family Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt

    March 23, 8:30 PM @ Broadway Recreation Complex

    WRC invites all children ages 12 & under to take part in this FREE fun family event at the Broadway Recreation Complex on Friday, March 23 at 8:30pm. Participants will be required to bring their own flashlight (no spot lights). Each egg will be filled with a treat, some will have a special surprise and don’t forget to hunt for the golden egg! Children six and under must be accompanied by an adult. The first 400 will receive a glow in the dark necklace.

  3. WRC Pooch Egg Hunt

    March 24, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Broadway Sports Complex

    Each dog will be allowed a limited number of eggs that are filled with dog treats. Once a dog finds an egg and claims it with their nose, it goes into their basket to be opened later. Limit of one dog per person. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Stoop and Scoop rules apply so please come prepared with your own bags. All dogs must have current vaccinations. No fighting over eggs. Pre-register at the WRC office, 624 College St., or call 620-221-2160 or go online to Proceeds from the event will go to the Cowley County Humane Society and Bailey's Barking Dog Park.

  5. VFW Easter Egg Hunt

    March 31, 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM @ Memorial Block

    For age groups 0-3, 4-5, 6-8, and 9-10. Come early and look for posting on Age Group areas. Parent of children 4 and older, please remain on the sidewalk while the hunt is on, unless your child is physically impaired. The hunt is for the children. Pictures with Elmo, Cookie Monster, Easter Bunny, Big Bird, & Minnie Mouse will be taken at Memorial Park only. Sponsored by Winfield VFW Post 3544 Ladies & Men's Auxiliary.
