Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan
Accessibility Surveys
Disability Management Consulting Group, LLC, Columbia MO, completed a Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan for City programs and services, March 2007.  Specifically, DMCG performed on-site accessibility surveys of all buildings and facilities; provided paper and electronic survey reports; and assisted in the development of the new Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan, as defined by Title II of the ADA for all programs and services provided by the City of Winfield.  The Access Advisory Board reviewed, made comment,  accepted  final drafts, and recommended the documents be sent to the Winfield City Commission for consideration and adoption.  A Public Hearing was held Thursday, April 5, 2007, in the Community Center at Baden Square.  The Plans were later adopted by the City Commission in Resolution 4807.
