The Winfield Fire Department provides emergency and non-emergency services for the City of Winfield and Cowley County Rural Fire Districts #6 and #7. The protection area covers 228 square miles. The department operates out of a single station that has been its home since 1886. Some modernization has occurred to the building but it is very much the same as it was in 1886. The City of Winfield has an ISO rating of 4. |
