Earn Chamber $$$ with Health Survey

Let your voice be heard! HealthCounts in Cowley County is a countywide initiative to collect resident feedback about health and wellness resources. It is part of the 2024 Cowley County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), taking place every three years. The anonymous survey covers eight different sectors including healthcare, public health, worksites, early childcare & education, schools, faith communities, K-State Research & Extension, and the community environment. The information gathered will be reviewed by community leaders across Cowley County and will help develop a health improvement plan for your community.
