Gottlob Business Park

The City of Winfield developed the Gottlob Business Park in 2012 to provide a site for quality business office, technological and industrial development.  Located adjacent to Highways 160 and 360 on the east edge of Winfield, the 100 acre site was annexed into the city, zoned I-1 Light Industrial, and platted to promote and maintain the highest and best use of lots commensurate with the development objectives of the City.  Covenants for the Park were designed to create a cohesive development providing opportunities for individual needs and creative design for each project. Call 620-221-5525 for additional information.
