Planning Commission Meetings - The City of Winfield Planning Commission meets at the call of the Chairman.
Board of Zoning Appeals -Written Applications must be filed through the office of Planning and Zoning to the Board of Zoning Appeals for the following:
- Variances
- Special Use Exceptions
- Special Yard and Height Exceptions
- Conditional Permits
The Board will hold a public hearing on each application for an appeal, decision, or variance.
